Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are non-returnable.

Return Process:

Email us at urbanethnicstories@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
